Cheryl Baker, who rose to fame in 1981 as a member of The Fizz (formerly known as Bucks Fizz), will be making a special guest appearance in an upcoming Eurovision-themed episode of EastEnders on BBC One. The episode is scheduled to air tomorrow, April 11, 2023.
To mark the UK hosting Eurovision this month for the first time since 1998, Cheryl will visit Walford, the setting of EastEnders, to join the residents of Albert Square in celebrating the occasion. However, specific information about her cameo role is currently being kept a secret.

Cheryl expressed her excitement about her guest appearance in EastEnders, stating “I was absolutely delighted when I received the invitation to be a part of an episode of EastEnders.
As an avid EastEnders fan herself, Cheryl expressed her enthusiasm for her upcoming appearance on the show. She even shared that she had audaciously tried out for a role in 2021, but, regrettably, was not selected.
Nonetheless, she is overjoyed to finally have the opportunity to be a part of the beloved series.
