Stephen Daly is an Irish radio and television presenter with a career spanning radio, TV, continuity and digital content, known for his warmth, wit and natural ability to connect with audiences.

Stephen currently hosts Feel Good Evenings, a nightly radio show on Dublin’s Q102, where he helps the city unwind after a busy, hectic day with relaxed conversation, uplifting stories and great music. The show has quickly become a comforting end-of-day listen for Dublin audiences.

Alongside this, Stephen continues his radio work across Dublin and has also joined the team at Virgin Media Television as a continuity announcer, adding to his long-standing experience in broadcast continuity.

Stephen began his career in the industry at just 17 years old, initially working in radio before moving into television. His on-screen career took off presenting reports for TV3, Ireland’s national independent broadcaster, before he was quickly snapped up by RTÉ, where he became one of Ireland’s most recognisable and popular weathermen.

Broadcasting live from major national events such as the National Ploughing Championships and the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition, Stephen became a fan favourite thanks to his good nature, quick wit and easy charm.

In addition to television, Stephen has been a familiar voice across RTÉ Radio 1 and RTÉ Gold, further cementing his reputation as a trusted and engaging broadcaster.

Stephen is also one of the most recognisable voices in Ireland and the UK, providing voiceovers for major brands including RNLI, Disney, Coca-Cola, Vodafone and Royal Caribbean Cruises. He is an experienced continuity announcer and has previously been part of the Channel 4 continuity team, bringing authority and warmth to prime-time broadcasting.

Away from traditional broadcast, Stephen is actively creating online and social content, regularly appearing on platforms such as The TRY Channel and producing engaging digital content for a wide range of clients across Instagram and other social channels — blending broadcast professionalism with a modern, digital-first style.

A Masters graduate in Broadcasting (MA), Stephen hails from Dublin and often describes himself as an “accidental TV presenter,” having transitioned naturally from radio into television and continuity.

When he’s not on air, Stephen is a self-confessed coffee snob, music and book nerd, travel obsessive, long-suffering Manchester United fan, and, above all, a lover of great conversation.
