Bobby Norris (born 22 August 1986 in Essex, England) is a British television personality, presenter and media figure best known for his long-running role on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE).

He first appeared on TOWIE in 2012 and became one of its most recognisable and beloved cast members thanks to his charisma, humour and on-screen friendships, particularly with co-star Gemma Collins. He remained on the show through much of the 2010s before announcing his departure in 2021 to pursue broader media work.

Since leaving TOWIE, Bobby has built a diverse career in British entertainment. He has been a popular contestant on a string of reality and celebrity shows — including Celebs Go Dating, Celebrity Ghost Hunt, Celebs on the Farm, and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins — showcasing different facets of his personality from humour to resilience. Beyond reality TV, he has guested on mainstream talk and panel shows, and taken on presenting roles including hosting live TV segments and co-hosting radio programmes.

In 2020 Bobby landed his first radio show on Fubar Radio, “Access All Areas”. His show was very Showbiz and Celebrity orientated, with him discussing the very latest weekly Showbiz News and Gossip alongside interviewing 2/3 celebrity guests on each show, be it either in the studio or via telephone or Zoom/Teams.

In July 2025, Bobby expanded his broadcast career by becoming Breakfast Show Co-Presenter for KUBE Media Group’s network of stations (Essex Hits, Fresh Hits, Pop Hits and Total Hits), bringing his lively personality and charm to morning radio audiences.

Bobby is also known for his openness about his personal life and social advocacy. As an openly gay public figure, he has been vocal about his experiences with homophobic abuse and has campaigned for safer online spaces and stronger protections against hate and trolling. His activism has helped raise awareness around LGBTQ+ issues and online hate speech, making him a recognised voice for positive change.

Throughout his career, Bobby has maintained a strong presence on social media, amassing hundreds of thousands of followers who connect with his candid updates, humour and lifestyle content.
