Actress targeted again by CBB chiefs after 2009 near-miss

THE Ab Fab film has had a positive spin-off for HELEN LEDERER, who plays dippy Catriona.

She is in talks to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house after my new favourite movie’s record-breaking triumph.

Helen, a regular on post-eviction show Bit On The Side, has been targeted again after a 2009 near-miss.

She exclusively revealed: “They did ask me once before but I was doing Calendar Girls and I was quite pleased they wouldn’t let me out.

“How do people wash with their swimming costumes on?

“It’s disgusting.

“But I think in the Celebrity version at least you can close the door when you need a private moment.”

CBB casting chiefs still have a way to go after Helen admitted her fear of suffering a Patsy or Edina-style meltdown on telly is putting her off.

She said: “My daughter would disapprove and if I do go into the CBB house I think I might have a nervous breakdown.”

She’ll be a great addition.
