Caprice Valerie Bourret, born on 24 October 1971 in Hacienda Heights, California, United States, is an internationally renowned American supermodel, entrepreneur, actress, producer, and media personality, widely known mononymously as Caprice. Often described as one of the most photographed women in the world, she rose to prominence in the 1990s with appearances on over 350 magazine covers, including Vogue, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, and Sports Illustrated. Born in Southern California to an interior designer mother, Valerie Ann (née Pion), who is Jewish, and a French-Canadian estate agent father, Dale Bourret, Caprice was raised primarily by her mother following her parents’ separation when she was four and subsequent divorce.
